The general basis of good manners is being kind to others and putting others before self, and kindness is never out of fashion! Children need to be taught manners so that they know how to behave even when they're shy or embarrassed, such as remembering to say "thank you" when receiving a gift, or offering a seat to an elderly person on public transportation. Etiquette isn't only about holding a fork correctly- it's being brave enough to be kind, and aware enough to notice the needs of others.
The camp is held in a church facility near the NOVA Sterling Campus.
A $30 administrative fee will be subtracted from all refunds. Remaining amount will be fully refunded if request is made at least fourteen (14) days prior to the start of your assigned camp session. If the request is made less than fourteen days before the start of the session, half of the amount will be credited to a future event.
We provide food for afternoon tea, dining lesson, and cooking classes, but each person brings their own lunch.
